This is the last component of a new desktop system. All the parts from the barebones up are from Newegg, the machine is a joy to behold and a pleasure to use. All devices were compatible with Mint 19.

Length: it's shorter than others so it will mount fine in 2 post racks using included heavy-duty mounting brackets. Price: excellent value for your dollar. Tons of features you would not expect for a device under $1000. Quiet: does not make a horrible racket like other UPS in its class. Just a periodic chirp and light fan sound. Powerful: 20A means you can put more load on it and it will charge faster.

Comes with incredibly well written instructions. Software is fully featured and allows for control, same as the LCD menu.

I've got 8 of these floating around the office and warehouse and they are great! Long cord length, they are very durable since they are metal, works perfectly. Another plus is that most transformer plugs fit on it without any issue and don't block other plugs.

- can shutdown my computer after some time on battery. - Can power my 300W system for ~1H - silent operation - web GUI to monitor the system - installed agent popup a warning when power is lost. - warranty is for 3 years

Easy setup, easy load on the server. The server interface was easy to setup and provides good information on the status of the UPS. No problems encountered

This thing works perfect so far, so glad I found it on here!! Thank you Newegg!!

So far so good. The item works great. it has an APPLEESQUES look and has the plugs all on one side.

Needed something better than your standard UPS surge protection for my eGPU and Laptop. When laptop not in use can switch off power to both devices. Works as intended.

We have these throughout our office areas to give employees a chance to save their work in the event of an outage. APC has been solidly reliable for years now on several different models of UPS, including these. Like the extra outlet that is offset for large AC adapters. Has four plugs for battery backup and four that provide surge protection only. Note that anything plugged into the four sockets labeled "Surge Protection" will not have power in the event of an outage. Those sockets are only for surge protection (thus the label.) The sliding panel on bottom for battery access is more convenient than the old ones that required a screw to be removed when you were going to initially connect the battery or replace it.

Well packed manufacturer packaging. Very clear multi-lingual user manual that is well worth the time reading the few pages in your chosen language. Very clear warning markers attached to UPS. Very difficult to install and use this unit without seeing the warning marker to connect the internal batteries. Silent operation; it does not have any fans on/in it that I can tell. Novel "master slave" outlet pairing. Lose power to the "master" device and the "slave" device turns off immediately. The manual tells me this feature is disabled by default, but read the user manual carefully to fully understand it's operation.

Authentic replacement batteries for my CyberPower UPS. Since they were identical to the batteries they replaced - swapping them out was a walk in the park. First set of batteries lasted 61 months of 24x7 operation/protection. I'm hoping for 5 years out of this replacement set.
