- Easy to read LCD screen - Number of outlets and ports. Makes it flexible. - Good software (CyberPower PowerPanel)

Operated exactly as advertised. This review unit arrived with excellent timing. The day after I installed it the power here went out for over an hour with several outages the following week! Not only did the BU 600 keep my cable modem, gigabit switch and a high end router running without missing a beat, I was even able to keep my phone charging. Estimated run time with the new battery and minimalist load was 3 hours+. Of course age reduces the battery capacity, but if you use this product in your server room, it will keep your web connections and routers running like nothing happened for at least 60+ minutes Management software is a free download. The unit was detected on my win7/64 laptop USB and windows drivers installed, and then I installed the APC software. No eyebrow raisers there. Wall mounting holes a nice touch. USB charge port @ 1.5amps shows engineers are listening to customers. I'm seeing this all over the business lately. I just bought a nice desk lamp that has a USB charge port on it.

Easy to set up! Plenty of outlets for all our media!

Easy to set up and use.

This has provided great protection from frequent power outages in my area. The connection software works well and can shut down my computer for extended outages. This is a must have item for anyone who wants to keep their hardware safe. I run it in multiple locations for work and home. I plan on adding another one for my internet hardware soon.

- Works as advertised, supports my mid-range PC with dual monitor setup long enough to save, close my work & shutdown when outages/fluctuations occur - power supplied to my devices plugged in remains consistent & entirely uninterrupted - Has lived through over a dozen power flickers & full on outages in my small town which is notorious for frying household appliances with our terrible power company (in southern Ontario, Canada) - Alarm when wall power is lost and UPS has kicked on can be turned off/on - Alarm, when on, is not excessively loud - the word alarm makes you think it will be screaming at you but it's comparable to a microwave button beep, probably a little bit quieter - When alarm is turned off, it still makes a very audible click when kicking on due to external power being cut off, so unless you have closed headphones or are blasting music you'll probably know the power went out if you didn't have any other indicator (like you had your lights off in your room mid-day or something) and can begin shutting your stuff off

Been waiting for a storm to submit a review. This unit maintained my internet connection during a Tornado Warning and subsequent power outage. I love it!

Protects electrical investments from transient power fluctuations/power outages. Assists in saving electricity by giving the user the ability to automatically remove power from unnecessary components when the primary device is powered down. Displays power usage (both current and 30 day past) and approximates cost. Has protection capability for Ethernet and cable. Has a aux power input port to hook up a secondary battery pack for longer run times. (The stock UPS has 2 batteries. The BR24BPG has 4 more of the same batteries). Nifty Windows software that tracks power events, unit status, tracks battery replacement date and the last self test result. Nifty Linux software tracts and displays the same. I want to say I found a webserver mode to it that allowed remote tracking of multiple units.

This UPS was a great solution to support networking equipment (modem, router, switch) that I installed in my basement. It has lots of outlets and the size of the unit was perfect for mounting on the network wall panel.

I work in music recording/mixing studio environments and am extremely fussy about equipment that generates noise. I'm pleased to say that after several months of continuous use, this Li-Ion APC rack unit met and possibly exceeded expectations. When in ideal conditions, the unit is literally silent. No fan noise, no hum, no buzz. The only time noise has been observed is either when the unit is charging (due to a power failure) where very minimal self-noise is inevitable, or in an under-voltage condition (117V or under) where the internal circuitry activates in order to boost the output voltage. In comparison to APC's own legacy units (ie: 2U 750VA-1500VA lead acid monsters) which I have been using for over 15 years - they had frequent noticeable cooling fan noise, and could produce undesirable self-noise when approaching maximum load. And anecdotally, I have had one or two units fail over the years and drop the load.

quick shipment, item is as described. Seller trying to do good, so give the seller a chance to correct if they make a mistake.

Had to replace an 8 year old model Cyberpower unit that had the motherboard die. I have had excellent luck with Cyberpower and this is the first unit I have ever had to replace.

This unit is great for protecting standard office rack-mount networking hardware - I've deployed it with several customers and never had a problem with the unit.

I have used this brand before, and the batteries replaceable and are interchangeable with my other UPS brands.

Has multiple 20 amp plugs, twist lock 20 amp plugs, as well as 15 amp plugs

-nice size -nice display -reasonable price

relatively small for a 2200VA UPS, expandable (with optional battery pack), switchable plugs through serial or USB connected dedicated host.
