I've always used AMD, because of the price point, but I purchased this for a build for my son. I'm impressed, this thing smokes my FX 8350 and I almost regret not building an Intel system for myself. However I'm waiting for the AMD Zen processor lineup before I build my next rig.

I like that the cooler once setup is clean and simple. It does take a little patience to setup everything but worth it. Its quiet and dropped my temps from 80-84 C to 55-60C on my 7700x (previous Corsair H60).
